When you buy a plan, you choose how to pay. Buying the plan on its own always comes first, and nothing is picked for you. A pack is only offered when it leaves at least one credit over.

Plan not useful? Ask for a refund.

Email us within 14 days of getting a plan. Your first refund of a plan you paid for is cash; later ones, up to 3 in all, come back as credits. If you used credits, we return the credits. How refunds work

Questions

Can I buy just one plan?

Yes. Every plan can be bought on its own at its price. Packs are there if you want more than one.

Do credits expire?

No. They stay in your account until you use them or ask for a refund.

Can I get money back for credits I haven't used?

Yes. Email help@kitandcapital.com and we refund unused credits at the price you paid per credit: $11.66 from a 3-credit pack, $8.63 from an 8-credit pack.

Do prices include tax?

Yes. Prices are in USD and include any sales tax. Checkout works out the tax for where you live and shows it on your receipt.

How do I sign in?

With your email. We send a link that signs you in; there are no passwords. After checkout you go straight to your plan.

Why does the price follow the typical machine?

A business can run on machines from budget to pro. We price the plan by its typical machine, the median of the options, so the price doesn't jump because one pro machine is on the list.

Do plans change after I buy?

When machine prices, listings or costs change, we update the plan and its numbers. Your ticks and your own numbers are kept.

Is a plan financial advice?

No. It shows what's possible from stated assumptions and how to test them. Check prices, costs and demand in your area before buying anything.
