- Plan not useful? Ask within 14 days of getting it. Your first refund is cash; later ones, up to 3 in all, come back as credits.
- Unused credits can be refunded at any time, at the price you paid per credit.
- Everything is digital. Access opens straight after you pay.
01The 14-day promise
If a plan isn't useful, email help@kitandcapital.com within 14 days of getting it. There's no form, and we won't ask why.
- Each account can have up to 3 plan refunds in total.
- Your first refund of a plan you paid for comes back as cash, to your card. Any later one comes back as credits: 1 for a standard plan, 2 maker, 3 studio, 5 pro.
- A plan unlocked with credits, including the plan a pack covers at checkout, gets its credits back. That doesn't use up your cash refund, but it counts toward the 3.
- Credits given in place of a cash refund unlock plans like any others, but can't be turned into cash.
If you unlocked the plan with credits, we return those credits to your balance instead.
02How a refund works
- Email us from the address on your account, or tell us which address you used.
- We confirm within 2 working days. A cash refund goes back to the card you paid with; credits show in your balance straight away.
- Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 working days.
- Once refunded, access to that plan ends. Refunded credits leave your balance.
03After 14 days, or 3 refunds
Plans stay yours for good, so after 14 days, or once an account has had 3 plan refunds, we don't refund plans. If something has gone wrong, email us anyway: we may offer a refund or credits as goodwill. Unused credits are different: you can ask for them back at any time.
If something went wrong, such as a double charge or a plan that won't open, email us and we'll put it right, whenever it happened.
04Refunding unused credits
- Email help@kitandcapital.com and say how many credits you'd like back.
- We refund each one at the price you paid for it: $11.66 from a 3-credit pack, $8.63 from an 8-credit pack. Credits from the most recent pack go first.
- The money goes back to the card you paid with, and the refund shows in your credit history.
- Credits spent on a plan come back within 14 days of unlocking, as above, and count toward the 3 plan refunds. After that, the plans stay yours.
05Delivery
All plans are digital and open on the site. You're signed in straight after paying, and we email a link for other devices. Nothing is shipped, so there's no delivery charge. If access hasn't opened within an hour, email us.
06A charge you don't recognise
Charges show on your statement as KITANDCAPITAL. If you see one you don't recognise, email us before contacting your bank. We can usually sort it the same day.
