Privacy policy
Last updated 19 Oct 2026- We collect as little as we can: your email, what you buy, and the progress you save in plans.
- Stripe handles your card. We never see it.
- We don't sell your data, and we don't use advertising cookies.
- You can see, export or delete your data at any time.
01Who is responsible
Shimnat Pty Ltd, at PO Box 121, Underwood QLD 4119, Australia, is responsible for your data. Email privacy@kitandcapital.com with any question about it.
02What we collect
- When you browse, with no account: pages viewed, budgets typed, and which video link brought you here. We count these in total, without identifying you.
- Your email: when you buy or sign in. We use it for your account, sign-in links, receipts and the alerts you choose.
- Purchases: which plans you own, your credit balance and history, and payment dates, from Stripe. Not your card number.
- What you save in plans: ticks, your own numbers, and the name and town you type into the outreach script.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device, kept briefly to keep the site secure and stop abuse.
03Why we use it
We don't send marketing email unless you ask for it, and we don't make automated decisions about you.
04Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and a second one for an hour while you pay, so we can sign you in safely when you come back from checkout. Your ticks and numbers are saved with your account, on our servers. Your browser only remembers your light or dark setting. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, so there's no cookie banner.
When you follow an affiliate link, the store may set its own cookie on its site so it can credit us. That's covered by the store's own privacy policy.
05Who we share it with
- Stripe: payments, receipts and the billing page.
- Cloudflare: hosts the site and stores your account.
- Resend: sends sign-in links, receipts and alerts.
Each uses your data only to provide their service to us. We don't sell or rent your data, or share it for advertising. We'd only disclose it otherwise if the law required us to.
06Where it's stored
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the US. Where the law requires it, they use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
07How long we keep it
- Your account and saved progress: until you delete your account, or after 3 years without a sign-in.
- Payment records: as long as tax law requires, usually 7 years.
- Security logs: 30 days.
08Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@kitandcapital.com and we'll reply within 30 days. Deleting your account ends access to your plans.
If you're in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority. If you're in California, we don't sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines it.
09Children
The site isn't meant for children. You must be 18 to buy, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
10Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sign-in links work once and expire after 15 minutes.
11Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email account holders before it applies. The date at the top shows the current version.
